Running in production
The organizations named on this page are the ones Blue Mesh names publicly, and one of them is described in detail because its deployment is documented end to end. The others are names and nothing further, which is exactly as much as we can stand behind in writing.
The customers we name publicly
A name here means the organization runs Blue Mesh and agreed in writing to appear on this page. It does not mean we can describe their deployment: most of what we know is theirs to publish, not ours, and silence beside a name is a permission we do not have rather than a story we lack. Netstratum and Voifinity are Netstratum-family brands, so nothing on this page should be read as a measure of adoption outside that family.

Lonesome No More: a phone number that answers
This is the one deployment described in detail anywhere on this site. Blue Mesh runs the voice agent behind it. Every other fact below is Lonesome No More's own public description of their own service, and nothing has been added to it.
Who it is for
Older adults and isolated people, reached through long-distance families, caregivers and senior living facilities. Lonesome No More is family-owned and built in Buffalo, New York.
A number of their own
Each client gets their own dedicated phone number, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can call whenever they want to, or take calls on a schedule the family arranges.
No app, no learning curve
No apps, no computers, no learning curve, in their own words. A telephone is the entire interface, which is the only workable answer when the person on the line never wanted a second device.
Weekly summary to the family
Families receive weekly summaries of the conversations and the wellness observations that came out of them. The person on the call gets company; the family, often several states away, gets a record.
The hardest thing a voice agent can be asked to do
An older person on a telephone line removes every crutch a voice demo leans on. There is hearing difficulty, slower speech, long pauses that are not the end of a turn, interruption, and no screen to fall back on when the model gets something wrong. There is also no tolerance for a system that talks over the caller, because the caller will simply stop picking up. Low-latency voice over SIP running on models the customer hosts is the claim; a companionship line for people living alone is that claim under load.
What a name here means, and what it does not
This page is short for a reason, and the reason is worth more to you than a longer version would be.
A logo is a permission
Every organization above agreed to appear here. That is all a logo can honestly be: it is a permission, not a review, and a wall of them is not evidence that any of the deployments went well.
No quote we did not get
There is no testimonial on this page. If we held an approved quote from a named person we would print it and name them. We do not, so the page describes a deployment instead and lets you judge the description.
No number without a source
No call volumes, no minutes, no accuracy or latency figures, no satisfaction score, and no total. If you find a digit in the copy above, it came from the customer's own published material about themselves.
In-family names are labelled
Netstratum and Voifinity are Netstratum-family brands. They are real deployments and they are not evidence of adoption outside the family. The difference matters enough to say twice on one page.
- Voice agents The mechanism behind the story above: low-latency voice over SIP, speech in and out, running on models you host.
- Trust and security Where the platform can be put, and the controls a security reviewer asks about before any deployment starts.
- Telecom operations The one industry page carrying a deployed band: SIP calls transcribed, then read for sentiment, quality and compliance risk.
- Customer service Voice agents taking routine calls end to end, bookings and lookups included, and routing the complex ones to a person.
- IT operations and MSPs The provider shape: one platform across many accounts, with separate workflows and a separate audit trail per engagement.
The useful test is your workflow, not our list
A logo wall tells you somebody signed something. Bring one workflow you already run and we will build an agent for it in a single session, with your team holding the approval, so you end up judging the thing rather than the reference.
